2 eggs separated
1 1/2 c sugar
2 1/4 c flour
1 t salt
3 t baking powder
1/3 c Wesson oil
1 c milk
1 1/2 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 2 large cake pans. Beat eggs until frothy and beat in gradually 1/2 of the sugar. Sift remaining sugar and the other dry ingredients into another bowl. Add Wesson Oil and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add eggs, rest of milk and mix thoroughly. Fold in egg whites and divide batter between 2 pans. Bake 30 minutes. Fill with any filling.
