12 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
2 Scallions, minced
1 cup Imitation Crabmeat, minced
50 Wonton Wrappers
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream the cheese, soy sauce, garlic powder and scallions.
2. Stir in crabmeat.
3. Place 1 tsp of filling in center of won ton wrapper.
4. Brush edges of wrapper with water and bring up each corner over filling, and pinch tightly to seal.
5. Deep fry a few at a time until golden brown.
6. Drain well on paper towel.
7. Keep warm in 225º oven until all are done.

Dip in dipping sauces.
