1 (10 oz) pkg semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1 (10 oz) pkg White Chocolate Chips
5 peppermint candy Canes, crushed
1 tbsp Almond Extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour chips in separate glass bowls.
2. Microwave each bowl for 1 minute at 70% power.
3. Add extract to the white chocolate
4 Stir each bowl until smooth (you can microwave again at 10 second intervals).
5. Line a 8x11 cookie sheet with parchment paper.
6. Pour the dark chocolate evenly into pan.
7. Pour the white chocolate evenly over the dark chocolate.
8. Sprinkle the crushed peppermint on top.
9. Refrigerate until set (about 1 hour).
10. Break into medium to small pieces.
11. Keep in lock tight container for freshness
