10 oz box of frozen chopped spinach (thawed & drained)
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 c Hellmann's Mayonnaise
1/2 c sour cream
1 box Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
1 (8 oz) can chopped water chestnuts, drained
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
3 or 4 chopped green onions

Directions:

Combine all ingredients a bowl and stir together. Bake at 350º for 1 hour on a baking sheet. Serve hot with tortilla scoops or crackers. (I like to scoop out a round bread loaf and serve the dip in it. Then I tear up the bread into chunks and serve with the dip).
