2 sticks of butter
2 cans beef consomme
2 cans french onion soup
2 cans (use the empty ones) rice (uncooked)
Jar of sliced mushrooms with the water (optional on the mushrooms)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large, deep fry pan or electric skillet. Add the consomme and the french onion soup. Add the mushrooms also if you are using them. Bring to a boil. Add your rice, stirring well. Lower the heat and cover. Cook about 20-25 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed and rice is done.
