MEATLOAF:

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
3 slices torn sandwich bread
1 cup of milk
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 cup tomato juice or sauce

Mix all the ingredients in the meatloaf mix. Form into individual meat loafs (makes 6) place on a greased flat pan and bake at 350 degrees for one hour

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a pan and simmer on the stove on low.

Baste the meat loafs with the sauce
