2 c. rice
1 can tomato paste
3-4 links of beef sausage
½ - 1 lb small – medium shrimp
Celery, onions and bell pepper
Water
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomato paste and water to make 2 cups of puree. Simmer sliced beef sausage and shrimp with onion, celery and bell pepper. Pour in rice and add salt and pepper to taste; let come to a boil; stir. Turn down real low and keep stirring until done. *Shrimp optional*
