2 slices whole wheat bread
Butter
5 slices non-processed cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spread a little bit of butter all over one side of each slice of bread
2. Slice 5 thin slices of cheese and place on non-buttered side of bread
3. On medium heat, place sandwich in a non-stick frying pan and cover with lid
4. Flip after about three minutes- or until brown
5. Do the same to the other side
6. If cheese is not melted, cover with lid for about 1-2 minutes
