Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook a scrambled egg like normal, adding milk while whisking and butter melting in pan. Cook egg flat so able to lay on toast
2. While egg is cooking, slice avocado in half. Remember there is a pit. Once sliced in half, take the pit out and slice avocado into thin slices and take out 4 slices, and lay them on toast once toasted
3. Wash a small tomato and slice off ends. Cut 3 slices and lay on top of avocado
4. Egg should be cooked by now. If so, lie onto tomato slices and slice cheese and lay onto egg.
5. Wash a small handful of spinach and place over top of cheese. Place second piece of whole grain toast on top and eat
