Directions:
1. As you would with a scrambled egg, take out a medium sized pan and put in 1 tsp. of butter
2. As butter melts, combine eggs and milk in a bowl and whisk until solid colour
3. Once butter is melted, pour in eggs and do not stir around. Make sure egg is covering the whole bottom of pan
4. Once bottom of egg is partly cooked sprinkle vegetables around egg. If you want, sauté some veggies with a little bit of canola oil and black pepper and oregano
5. Once bottom of egg is fully cooked, take a flipper and slide under half the egg. Fold onto the other half of the egg
6. Cook for a few more minutes, looking under top of omelet to check the cooking progress occasionally.
