2 pound pork roast (I use a tenderloin)
4 Granny Smith apples (cored, and the top and bottom cut off to make flat)

Sauce:
1 cup Siracha
1 cup rice vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup sesame oil
1/3 cup toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all sauce ingredient's together.
Put roast in a crockpot, pour 1/2 of the sauce mixture over the roast and cook for 6-8 hours on low.
Remove roast, drain and shred. Pour remaining sauce over roast and toss well.
Put apples in a baking dish and then fill each apple with the pork mixture. All leftover pork can be placed around the apples.
Bake in the oven for 45 min to 1 hour or until the apples are tender.
