4 pounds pork neck bone, 2- 1/2 pound or( 2 large onion, ) 1cup of dice celery, ,dice carrots,16oz box of curly noodles, 2 large potatoes,1-beef cube, vinegar, Salt and pepper, bunch chopped cilantro, sazon goya con cilantro, butter,

In deep pot (soup pot) add water half way to the pot, put in neck bone, let that cook 30 to 40 minutes or till tender. In another pot sourtee, onion celery and carrot with a 1 tsp of butter, and dice potatoes, 3 to 5 minutes, after check on the neck bone to see if it is tender. add the onion celery, carrots and potatoes Surtees. to the neckbone pot and 1 beef cube ,add the quart of water , let that simmer then add noodles and sal and pepper TT, 1 tpsb of white vinager, thats going to cook another 8 to 10 minutes and add cilandro in the end for extra flavor,
