1 lb. hamburger meat
onion- fresh or minced
garlic- minced or powder
1 tsp. salt
pepper
1-2 tsp. Worchestershire
1 can tomato sauce
2 cans water (use can from sauce)
1 cup pasta (elbow macaroni, shells, bowtie, etc.) or 1/2 cup rice
mushrooms- canned or fresh
grated yellow cheese

Directions:

Brown hamburger meat in medium pot. Stir in onions and spices. Add tomato sauce, water, Worchestershire and mushrooms. Bring this to a boil. Add pasta or rice. Cook until macaroni is soft. (Cover and cook slowly if rice is used.) Serve with grated cheese.
