3 cups cake flour
3 cups white sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 cup crisco
6 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream crisco and butter; slowly add sugar in mixture and beat until creamy. Add 1/2 the milk and 1/2 the cake flour. Add one egg at a time and beat after each. Add vanilla. Pour into greased, floured tube pan. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
