2 C. sugar
1 lb. peanuts
1/2 C. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Shell peanuts. Remove skins and cut. Sprinkle peanuts and coconut in buttered pan. Put sugar in heavy frying pan and stir constantly with wooden spoon until melted. Pour over peanuts & coconut. Do not stir. Cut into squares.

I don't know if I remember Mom making this candy but it was hand written in her high school cookbook and is rather interesting.
