1 c. white flour
1 c. milk (I use skim)
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
Syrup
Powdered sugar

'- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- In a 9x13 pan, melt 1/2 stick of butter (cut up) by placing pan & butter in oven while it's preheating
- Blend white flour, milk, eggs, and tsp. salt.
- Remove pan from oven once butter has melted and pour batter into pan
- Bake for 25 minutes
- Cut in pieces, drizzle with Maple Syrup, and sprinkle with powdered sugar

My kids and their friends LOVE this breakfast! The pancake rises and it looks like a volcano with the butter melting down the center sides. We all think it tastes great too! :)

Some similar recipes call for a whole stick of butter but I find a half stick, to be PLENTY.
