*This recipe is enough to serve one person. Multiply this recipe by the number of people you will be serving. Enjoy!

2 slices of bread
1 egg (per every 2 slices of bread)
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

(for garnish)
fresh fruit (May like strawberries or raspberries!)
powdered sugar

1. Beat (1) egg per (2) slices of bread with milk and quarter teaspoon vanilla extract.

2. Melt butter in skillet and soak bread in the egg/milk mixture.

3. Transfer soaked bread to skillet and cook over medium flame, flipping bread when golden brown to cook the opposite side.

4. Garnish with fresh fruit (May like strawberries or raspberries!) and a light sprinkle of powdered sugar.
