1/2 cup apple cider
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 [4 to 5 pounds] tied pork loin roast

Directions:
Directions:
In smallbowl, combine apple cider, mustard, oil and soy sauce.Insert meat thermometer in center of thickest part of roast.Arrange medium-hot charcoal briquets around drip pan, Place roast over drip pan. Cover grill and cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours or untill meat thermometer registers 170 degrees, adding more briquets as necessary. Brush roast with cider mixture 3 or 4 times during last 30 minutes of cooking.
