1/2 c. butter softened
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs
1 c. mashed ripe bananas (3 medium)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add one egg at a time, beat until smooth.
Blend in mashed bananas.
In second bowl, stir flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and nuts.
Add flour mixture stirring only to moisten.
Transfer to greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before removing and placing on cooling rack.
