White rice, gandules verdes, garlic, onions , green peppers, olive, (alcaparrado) red roasted peppers , cilantro, green banana , banana leaf, olive oil , chicken broth, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, vinegar, and bayleaf,

In a crock pot add 2tsp of olive oil as soon as the oil is hot, add small onion diced, 1 regular green pepper diced or like 1 half cup green peppers, cook until translucent, and garlic minced, bayleaf, alcaparras, roasted red pepper, let that simmer then add 1 can gandules drained and rinsed, stirring the mixture until everything is mixed together let simmer for a 3 to 4 minutes,then add 2 cup white rice, mixed and add 1 cup chicken broth ,and 3 cups of water, salt and pepper TT pinch of cumin half a tsp of vinegar. Pinch of paprika in food processor chopped 2 green banana or make a puree. and add that to your rice and gandules for better flavor, also cover the pot with banana leaf. For 45 minutes.
