2 pie crusts
1 cup sugar
4 tsp. quick-cooking tapioca
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup fresh blackberries
1 cup fresh raspberry's
2 cups apples, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. butter, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9" pie plate with pie crust. In a large bowl, stir together sugar, tapioca and cinnamon. Add the berries and apple slices. Toss gently until coated. Let stand 15 minutes. Spoon filling into pie crust. Dot with butter. Place pastry on top of filling with slits cut into it for steam to escape. Cover edge of crust with foil to prevent overbrowning. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 20-25 additional minutes. Should be golden brown with bubbly filling. Cool on rack.
