Chicken, potatoes, onion , pepper, garlic, cilantro, cumin, roasted red pepper, bayleaf, Olive , beer , white wine, achiote y sazon con achiote,

In a pot put in 5 pound pieces of chicken, (1) 16onz can of beer ,(1) 1/2 cup of white wine , and 2 bayleaf, let that simmer, for atleast 20minutes, in another pot then add olive oil, 1tsp of minced garlic,onion,red pepper , let that get a little translucent, once that is done add a pinch of cumin, salt , pepper (tt)pouring that to the pot where we have the chicken and add diced potatoes mixed and cover, let it cook for atleast another 15 minutes finish add cilantro for some flavor.
