3 qts. popped popcorn
3 c. unsalted mixed nuts
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. KARO Light or Dark corn syrup
1/2 c. Margarine or Butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 250 degree F. In large roasting pan combine popped popcorn and nuts. Place in oven while preparing glaze. In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and salt. Stirring constantly, bring to boil over medium heat. Without stirring, boil 4 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in backing soda and vanilla. Pour over warm popcorn and nuts, toss to coat well. Bake 60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool, break apart into snack size pieces. Store in tightly covered container.
