1 (8 oz) container of Phillips lump crab meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 medium onion, chopped
1 stick of butter
2-4 cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in soup pot and add onions to saute', about 3-5 minutes. Add soups, milk (**) and crab and simmer about 30 minutes. Careful not to scorch. Salt and pepper to taste.

**Add milk based on your preference if you like a thin soup or creamy.
