11/ 2 lbs. round steak (I use stew meat)
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. water
1 bay leaf
1 c. sliced celery
1 c.sliced carrots
1/2 c, diced potatoes
1 c. sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize round steak and cut up into 2x1/2 inch strips or use stew meat.
Roll in flour that has the salt and pepper mixed in it. Put a little oil in a heavy sauce pan and brown meat on all sides. Add onions and saute until they are limp. Stir in next 5 ingredients.
Cover and cook 25 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender. Add mushrooms, cover and cook 10 minutes. Blend in sour cream and paprika just before serving. Heat, but not to a boil.
