2 cups boiling water
2/3 cup washed wild rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can sliced mushrooms (undrained)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 cup water
1 small onion chopped
1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup celery, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over rice, cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Drain and place rice in a 2 quart casserole. Add soups, mushrooms, salts and water. Let stand while browning the hamburger, celery and onions. Combine rice mixture and hamburger. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
