¾ cup water
½ cup Chablis wine
½ T. butter
½ tsp. garlic powder
⅛ tsp. Accent seasoning
⅛ tsp. white pepper
⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
24-oz. Pasteurized processed Swiss cheese
1 loaf cut up rye bread

Directions:
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine first seven ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Tear cheese slices into fourths and gradually add to saucepan mixture, stirring after each addition. When all cheese has been added and has melted, pour into fondue pot or small crock pot to keep warm.
Serve with cut up rye bread. Add additional wine and stir if fondue gets too thick. Makes 4 cups.
