11/2 c. milk
11/2 c. heavy cream
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. (8oz.) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

1 package (16oz.) pasta, cooked according to package directions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk an cream in 11/2 qt. saucepan. Heat until warm, but do not boil. Melt butter in a 2 qt. saucepan an whisk flour into butter until smooth using a nylon whisk. Add heated milk and cream all at once to flour mixture and continue to whisk. Simmer mixture for 5 miters or until sauce is slightly thickened; stirring constantly. Remove from heat and whisk in Parmesan cheese,salt and pepper. Toss with hot pasta and serve immediately.
