1/2 tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tbsp. minced yellow onion
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/8 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup cold butter sliced
3/4 cup hopped sundried tomato1/8 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
3 boneless chicken breasts halves
Virgin olive oil for brushing
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 oz. goat chz.

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions, garlic in 2 tbsp. butter till tender
Stir wine and lemon juice into skillet and simmer to reduce
Reduce heat and stir in cold butter one sl. At a time
Stir in tomatoes, basil, kosher salt and wht. Pepper....remove from heat and set aside
Brush chin. Breasts with olive oil and sprinkle w s and p
Grill chin. Over hot coals 15-20 min. Until cooked thru
A couple of min. Before chin. Is done, place equal amounts of chz. On ea. breast, then spoon prepared sun-dried tomato sauce over chicken.
