1 layer sliced squash
1 layer sliced onion
1 layer sliced tomato
Parmesan cheese
Salt, pepper and olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In glass 8 x 8 inche dish (or other) place a layer of each: squash, onion and tomato. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and olive oil to preference.
Microwave on high for 10 to 13 minutes to desired doneness.
