40 large shrimp, peeled and deveined.
1 lb bacon
1 (10oz) jar teriyaki sauce
wooden toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bacon slices in half and wrap around the shrimp, securing with a wooden toothpick.
Place in a shallow dish and pour teriyaki sauce over shrimp.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours, turning once or twice. Drain shrimp well and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes, turning once, until bacon is crisp.
*Shrimp can be prepared in advance and cooked just before serving.
