Directions:
Start by putting 2/3 cup of softened butter into mixing bow. Sift in 2 1/2 cups of flour, 1 1/4 cups of sugar, 1 1/4 teaspoon baking powdered, 1 teaspoon soda, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, dash of nutmeg - mix in mashed 3 bananas and 1/3 to 1/2 cup of buttermilk (more if it is too dry). Mix with mixer until moist and then mix about 2 minutes at medium speed. Add another 1/3 cup of buttermilk, 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat 2 more minutes (add more buttermilk if it's too dry). Fold in 2 cups of chopped pecans. Bake in bundt cake pan (greased & floured) at 350 º for 50-60 minutes, check for doneness with a toothpick. Cool.

Icing: Put between 1/3 to 1/2 cup of softened cream cheese in a bowl. Add about one pound of powdered sugar, dash of nutmeg, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and just enough half and half to moisten, beat well. Ice sides and top. Sprinkle top with toasted pecans.
