1 c. soft shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, roll into balls and chill. Roll in sugar and cinnamon place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
