2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 lb ricotta cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
6 T. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend softened cream cheese and ricotta; add sugar, sour cream and eggs one at a time; alternating with flour; add vanilla; bake in a 10" spring form pan for one hour at 350º; turn oven off, leaving cake in oven for another hour; do not open oven door during this hour; refrigerate 24 hours before cutting.
