2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 c. confectioner's sugar
2 4oz. pkgs. butterscotch instant pudding mix
2 c. milk
16oz. whipped topping

2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Crust: Place flour in large mixing bowl, cut in butter until crumbly with pastry blender or fork; add pecans, mix well; press evenly over bottom of 9"x13" casserole dish; bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes; let cool completely before adding filling.
Filling: Combine cream cheese and sugar in large mixing bowl, beat until smooth; combine pudding and milk in another large mixing bowl; beat until thickened.
Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled pie crust; spread pudding mixture next; spread whipped topping next; chill before serving.
