6-8oz frozen crab, thawed or 1 6-8oz can of crabmeat
1/2 cup butter
minced garlic to taste
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
12 oz. fettuccine
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
12 oz. fettuccine pasta

Directions:

Cook pasta as package directs.

While pasta is cooking, saute garlic in melted butter. Blend in crab, cream, salt & pepper. heat stirring constantly until blended.

Add to cooked fettuccine. Sprinkle with cheese & parsley

I use a lot of garlic and I have also made it lighter by using 1/2 & 1/2 or non-fat cream instead of whipping cream. It is very easy but delicious & rich. I haven't tried it yet with non-fat whipping cream but will do so soon.
