1 package of puff pastry
Icing sugar
1 vanilla bean
2 cups whipping cream
1 orange - for zest
2 tbsp orange liquor
Raspberries

Never made before, amounts are estimates.

Directions:
Directions:
lay puff pastry on baking tray and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Bake at 220 for 6 minutes, bake at 190 for 10 minutes.
add fresh vanilla to whipping cream and whisk.
Add orange zest and orange liqueur, fold in.
Add to piping bag, place in fridge until ready to use.
Take pastry from oven and cut with serrated knife into 2 pieces.
Use firm piece for base and decorative piece for top,
Take base, on serving plate place a dollop of cream to hold base in place.
Pipe cream onto base, add layer of raspberries. Place next layer of pastry upside down. Add cream and raspberries and another layer of cream. Add top layer.บบบบ
