Directions:
Directions:
Buy a pork tenderloin (maybe from Trader Joe's!), place in an oven proof casserole dish or baking tray, sprinkle generously with salt and pepper and a good coating ofChinese Five Spice. Roast in a 400 degree pre heated oven for approximately 40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches degrees 160 degrees.

Let it sit for the juices to do their thing while you sizzle some veggies. Slice pork into medallions and serve with Trader Joe's Big And Chunky Apple Sauce, sautéed Bok Choy and Shiitake mushrooms! Yum!
