1 pkg. white cake mix
3 eggs
½ C. coconut
1 3 ½ oz. package instant pistachio pudding
¾ C. salad oil
1 cup 7-UP
1 C. chopped nuts

Icing:
2 envelopes Dream Whip
1 ½ C. milk
1 3 ½ pkg. Instant Pistachio Pudding
½ C. coconut
¾ C. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake ingredients and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.

Icing:
Beat Dream Whip, milk and pudding until very thick. Spread on cooled cake and sprinkle with coconut and nuts on top.
