3 C. diced rhubarb
1 C. sugar
1 to 2 T. of flour
1 C. brown sugar
1 C. oatmeal
1 C. flour
C. butter or margarine
C. Shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour. Place the above ingredients in greased baking dish square pan (8x8 or 9x9). Combine brown sugar, oatmeal, flour, butter or margarine, and Shortening. Sprinkle on rhubarb mixture. Bake @ 375 for 40 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
