3 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 C. diced ripe bananas
1 ½ C. butter flavor Wesson oil
3 large eggs (beaten)
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice (save some for glaze)
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
½ C. pecans grated

Glaze:
oil
pineapple juice
confectioners sugar.

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl sift together flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon, Mix well and add: ripe bananas, butter flavor Wesson oil, large eggs (beaten), crushed pineapple with juice (save some for glaze), vanilla, grated pecans.
Stir to blend (DO NOT BEAT) Pour into well greased and flowered tube/bunt pan. Bake at 350º for 65 minutes. Set on rack to cool before removing from pan.

Make glaze of a little oil and pineapple juice and confectioners sugar. Pour over warm cake.
