Fruit Pizza Recipe

C. butter
1 C. powdered sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar

8 oz. cream cheese
2 C. Cool Whip
1 C. powdered sugar

c. water
1 T. cornstarch
C. fruit juice
C. sugar
1/8 C. lemon juice
Dash of salt

Cream crust ingredients together. Chill. Roll or pat to fit pizza pan. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Mix filling ingredients and spread on crust. Slice and layer desired fruits on top of filling. Mix glaze ingredients and bring to boil. Cool 1 minute. Spread over fruit. Refrigerate.
