2 tsp. oil
1 carrot, diced
1 medium onion, diced
3 c. chicken broth
3 c. beef broth
3-4 c. diced potatoes
2-3 c. diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
2 tbsp. seafood seasoning (Old Bay)
1 lb. Maryland crab meat
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp. sugar
salt and pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp. hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 c. corn
1 1/2 c. green beans
1 small 8 oz. can spicy V-8 juice (may add, optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the carrot and onion in the oil in a stock pot.
Cook until vegetables are softened.
Add the broth, potatoes, tomatoes and seafood seasoning.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add the hot pepper sauce, corn, green beans, V-8 (optional).
Simmer just until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
Add the crabmeat and parleys and heat through.
