2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. shortening
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven: 350º

Dissolve baking soda and salt in sour cream.

Mix sugar and shortening.
Add eggs, vanilla, and lemon extracts.
Mix in Sour Cream mixture.
Slowly add flour, and mix well.

Chill for at least 1 hour.

Roll out thick for soft cookies.

Bake: 10 Minutes or until golden brown
