1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 T. butter or margarine
1 egg
2 T. milk

Filling:
3 c. rhubarb, cut in 1" pieces
1-3 oz. (strawberry, raspberry or cherry gelatin)

Topping:
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven: 350º

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in butter as for pie crust.

Combine egg and milk; toss with flour mixture and pat into bottom and sides of a greased 9" square pan.

Filling:
Put in rhubarb and sprinkle gelatin over it.
Combine sugar and flour; cut in butter; sprinkle over rhubarb.

Bake: 45 Minutes

Best served warm!
