Crust:
1 1/4 c. flour
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Second Layer:
1-8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 of a large tub of Cool Whip

Third Layer:
2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
3 c. milk
Remaining 1/2 tub Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven: 350º

Crust:
Blend well the flour, margarine and walnuts.
Press into a 9"x13" pan.
Bake 20 minutes.
Cool well.

Second Layer:
Blend well the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip.
Spread over the crust.

Third Layer:
Beat pudding mix and milk until thick.
Spread over second layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip and refrigerate until ready to serve.
