2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. shortening
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients; cut in shortening

Place egg yolks in measuring cup and stir with fork until smooth.
Blend in enough ice-cold water to make 2/3 cup.

Sprinkle over dry mixture; toss with fork to make dough.

Roll as usual.

Dough is very sticky and soft - so more flour may be needed.
Add enough flour to make dough pliable and easy to roll.
