2-15 oz. pumpkin
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
Crumbled graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, salt and spices.
Mix in soft ice cream.
Combine well.

Press graham cracker crumbs in bottom of 9"x13" glass pan.

Pour ice cream mixture over crumbs.
Sprinkle more crumbs on top.
Freeze until firm.

Cut into squares to serve.
