1 white cake mix
1 pkg. (4-serving size)
pistachio pudding mix
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. 7-Up
Walnuts, (optional)

Frosting:
1 pkg. (4-serving size) pistachio instant pudding mix
1 c. milk (1/4 c. is plenty)
1-8 oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven: 350º

Combine ingredients and mix with mixer.
Bake in 9"x13" greased pan.

Bake: 30-40 Minutes

Frost when cool.

Frosting:
Beat all ingredients together for 2 minutes.
Spread on cake.
Keep refrigerated.
