1 and 3/4 cups uncooked, broken spaghetti, cooked and drained
1 and 1/4 cups cooked diced chicken or turkey
1/4 cup pimentos
1/4 cup diced green peppers
1 small onion, sliced
Dash garlic salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
(can substitute cream of chicken or celery soup)
3/4 cup chicken or turkey broth
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 and 3/4 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and put in a 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minutes. This is better to refrigerate a few hours before cooking.

Mom used left-over chicken or turkey to make this. This was one dish we didn't complain about having left-over's for supper. The whole house smelled so good when she made this and we couldn't wait to eat.
